Review: I registered for a class at Manchester Community College during the fall of 2013. I registered September 3rd for anatomy and physiology 1. I attended two classes and withdrew online September 17th. The college has sent me bills and emails stating that I owe them the full amount for the class. They expect me to pay $734 for a class that I did not even complete. I properly withdrew from the class!!!I received an email stating that they are putting holds on my financial aid for this spring semester. Now I can not even attend classes in the future till this is settled. I have never heard of any other college doing this. I have asked other students that attend many other colleges and this is not happening any where else. I work too hard to just throw $734 dollars away on something that I have nothing to show for! Please help. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like this bill to be dropped so that I can continue on to take spring classes that start soon.
