When the customer bought the vehicle from us in December 2014, she returned with some repair issues that we resolved immediately all issues were rectifiedThe customer called with other complaints about the vehicle and we made arrangements to have the vehicle brought in to be looked at and the
customer did not show up for the appointmentI received an email response months later about missed appt and asked her to call so that we could take care of the issuesI never heard from the customer after that so I assumed that everything was fine with the vehicle

When we brought it back the first time I was told nothing was wrong, so we picked it back up. When I made contact the second time I was told we might get a discount on labor but nothing was covered and we would be better off going to a local garage, so we found a local mechanic. At that point I had little to no confidence they intended to make the safety repairs. While the rust is not a safety issue, the repairs they made completely deteriorated in under 6 months, we have huge holes in the body. I sent pictures of that and did not get any reply at all. Subsequent issues led me to the Revdex.com, after having no real resolution in the past. I have no confidence in a dealer, that when presented with real issues, tells me I'd be better off staying local because they can't offer me a very big discount. The vehicle should never have been stickered in the first place.
