storm they have referencedIn the meantime, the HOA is not able to make any interior repairs and only emergency exterior repairsIt shoud be noted they did not report any leaks between September and May They have been given the option to document their interior damage and repair at their own expense with no guaranty of reimbursementThe HOA is hopeful of a positive outcome from the litigationThey are obviously subject to the HOA Declaration and in the event the outcome is less than optimal, all forty owners would need to assess themselves for the needed repairs
