They are accredited, or they are not accredited They cannot be BOTH! A diploma from a truly accredited school would be enough to get me into almost any college or university I have tried to apply to several colleges with this diploma, and none of the institutions that I applied to would accept it (which tells me it is most likely NOT ACCREDITED.) Only a select few online colleges will accept applicants who have a diploma from West Madison Falls High School.It appears that the school is unaccredited, and therefore not accepted by the more reputable colleges and universities I am asking for either PROOF OF ACCREDITATION by the Deptof Education, OR $returned to me in guaranteed funds (ie cashier's check or money order) Regards, [redacted]

I am so sorry to hear they had a bad experience however it states right on our site that we are an online high school not a traditional high school It also states right on our site that we are not accredited by any regional or national accreditation agency We have a refund policy as well and would have been more than happy to refund them even up to days after their purchase We have never received an email or request regarding wanting a refund Their purchase was done in November of 2013, it is hard to believe they are just now having an issue when months has past We are more than happy to provide them with a verification to an employer or school or even provide their official transcripts if that would help.Thank you, [redacted] ***Student Services

While I apologize you had an issue with your diploma I'm confused why you would wait over two years to let us know I have your file and not one time did you request a refund which we would have been happy to issue you had we of known in the days our refund policy states you have Our school is an online high school, we clearly state that on our website as well If the entity you are using it for does not allow online high school there is really nothing we can do about it It is up to each entity to set their own requirements We do offer verification services and even send official copies of your transcripts for free if that would help we are happy to do soUnfortunately our merchant provider doesn't even allow a refund to be processed this old however if you would like to take advantage of our verification services please let us know.Thank you,West Madison Falls High School

Did you ask the college what exactly you need to meet their requirement? As I mentioned we are happy to verify you have graduated, send your official transcripts, fill out a verification form or whatever they need in order to see you have actually completed our program Students go to college every single day with after completing our program and while I apologize you are having issues with a school accepting it we are happy to help find a solution with you Please also provide the name your diploma was ordered through along with your date of birth, we don't have the exact spelling you have provided as an account and we need to confirm your file.Thank you, [redacted] ***Student ServicesWest Madison Falls High School

We are not sure what exactly they are unhappy about however we would like to help with whatever the student needs. We spoke to ***'s mother on 10/15/and have not heard from either of them since. The last conversation we had was that we were going to send transcripts out for them
but she did not know the address and we have been waiting ever since to hear from her with it. Thanks*** ***

I ordered my diploma package on February 15, which I am aware that is Presidents DayIt is now February 19, and I paid for priority day shipping and I have yet to receive a tracking number or a package! This is really frustrating and if I don't recieve it soon West Madison Falls can just cancel it and refund me my money back this is ridiculous! I have called, left messages, emailed and still NOTHING!

I was told by *** *** *** that west madison falls is a SCAM schoolMy diploma that I received from that says it has credits but when I try to apply to college's they tell me that my diploma has NO Credits and that it is not even a real diploma, the same thing *** *** *** told me!!!!! They also told me that the diploma from the west madison falls is another reason why it is very difficult for me to get a job!The reason why I waited years Is because I JUST found out that this school was a SCAM.

We are more than happy to refund the student if that is what he wants. We have sent him the refund instructions several times and spoken to him. His student file contains all the notes from our conversations and all the emails show as they went through with the instructionsAll he has

We have contacted the student and have issued a refund check to her. Although our website clearly states the below statement, we value our students and want them to be completely satisfied with our program packages. If the student wishes us to refer her to an accredited High School, we
