I had purchased a newly build home from this company in 2014, and am very pleased with the quality of work on the concrete slab and structure of my homeI have the satisfaction knowing that my home will lastI do have to confess that the prior Project Manager for this company was not genuine and would not complete/ start & finish certain requests once the house was completedThese requests were not outrageous like completely redoing a part of the house, but rather touchups and improvements the owner felt the builder should provideOnce the company moved on from this individual they have been more than willing to fix any issue within the communityAs an example, there was a lot of excess water entering into the community from other propertiesThe owner of this company took it on himself to make sure this issue was correctedIn the end he ended up purchasing a neighboring lot to correct the excess water draining into our communityI wanted to express my gratitude for this company is what they have done for me and my familyThanks,
