I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseHello, I have read business story and, unfortunately, it's a lieThere is no tire shop across the streetObviously, that's where I would go with the busted tireIt doesn't make any senseIn fact, there isn't 24-hour tire shop in Brooklyn that I know of! The Mandalay Bay however, was all too happy to 'help me out' and make some extra money because he was still working on another car and was planning to be there for a whileHe assured me the tire will be 'exactly the same' and lifted my car before I made a final decisionHe didn't care that the car was leased and kept telling me how stupid I was to think a used tire could be exactly the same as my other That's why I was discussing it with my husbandOn one hand, it was dangerous to drive out like that, on the other, it meant wasting money on something I'd have to change tomorrowIt didn't take an hourHe wasted more of his own time and mine because he refused to give me my car backHe demanded $for the liftI had to give him a card so he would release itBut he refused to give me invoiceAs far as I am concerned, he didn't provide any service, he first misinformed me and then mistreated me and there was nothing I had to pay forIt's true, that did drive me madWhen he started to call me names and refused to return a car and my husband couldn't make it, he was stuck in traffic, I was all alone in his shop and couldn't do anythingI got scaredBusiness like this one shouldn't exist

I have reviewed and I reject business responseI didn't receive any services from Mandalay Bay, I didn't ask them to lift my car and didn't agree to a tire change while I was still trying to get a straight answer from them whether or not used tire they offered would be "exactly the same" as my other Because they already had my car keys (they drove it into the shop), they lifted the car and demanded to pay $for releasing itThe way I was treated by the business owner was unacceptableHe called me names, he yelled at me and it was only of us in the shop and it was very scaryNever in my life I was treated like that by anybodyIt aggravated my asthma and I had an asthma attack that night that started at his shop (this where in his 1st response he calls me "mad")In addition, has of the information he "provided" is not true.Thank you,Luba Semenov

This customer came with busted tire about 06:15 pm (I was preparing to close my shop).I told her that "mam I closed for today, you can go over there",I was pointing to her the tire shop across the street with my shop ([redacted]) they open until midnight.She said 'Can you...

help me out and I said I have no problem to help you out but I don't have new tire for this size only for tomorrow morning and she said do you have used tire and I said let me check...Ok I have 4 used tires the same size, you can come and look up it and she said how much? and I said $40 installed and she said Ok just put it on.So I brought her car inside the shop and lift it up to take off the tire and then suddenly she asked me 'you have same name Firestone brand and I said, I don't have same brand.. used tire is just used tire nobody asked for same brand as long as the same size It's ok and you never get it same brand with same size" and she said thi s is lease car, I want to return it like this(with this used tire) and I said No you can't do it..lease car you have to change new tire before you return it..She said who care!! let me call my husband,he make decision and she was talking and talking with her husband by phone and I said mam I have to go home what do you want to do? and she said my husband is coming.I said your husband coming for what?...you want it or not...please don't waste my time and she said wait for my husband.I try to patience...After she wasted my time more than one hour and she said "oh my husband he don't come bring down the car let me go"and I said mam you wasted my time more than one hour,I have to charged you $10 dollar and she said for what I don't have it and then she start giving me bad altitude later on she paid with credit card 07:28 pm(I have credit received) and then she asked me invoice and I said mam,you wasted my time more than hour don't wasted my time anymore if you want invoice come tomorrow and I'll give you today is enough.She was screaming and yelling before she leave.I know she pretty mad and what about me? wasting my time more than one hour and don't want to pay $10 dollar for my time and lift fee.

This lady ,she still wasting my time and Revdex.com's officers time.First of all,If you want to know who is lied you can goggle it "[redacted]" on [redacted],which located a crossed the street with my shop and right next to Speedway Gas Station.I have been mechanic for 20 year now.I am New York State Inspector licence and ASE certified (Auto Service Excellence) technician.Before I open up my shop I worked for somebody as a mechanic,mechanic in charge or supervisor.All shop owner they charged lift fee minimum $20.00 or some shop they even charged $50.00 dollars not even 5 minutes or ten minutes longer.Now I charged her only $10.00 dollars for wasting my time more than an hour and lift fee and means fee to me.Why she don't think like human or fair way.Even on my office wall we posted $55.00 dollars an hour labor fee.All her language that day.. Let me call my husband...you have to wait him..He is coming..he n ot coming..I have no money... She is not 18 year old and she is full of lies.She is the worst customer since I open my own shop.She is very means to me that day.Please think like Human way,If somebody work for you with his energy or time you have to pay for it, even make it or doesn't make it what you want.I hope she get it this time.
