Mandarin Gourmet

I am staying at a local hotel - [redacted]. I was told by the front desk that the Mandarin Gourmet [redacted] does free delivery and was provided the [redacted]. Within the guide Mandarin Gourmet had an advertisement stating they offer free delivery within town. So I called [redacted] and I placed my order, gave my location, and room number. The person on the phone said it would be 20 minutes. Then I asked if I could pay by credit card, he put me on hold and asked the owner...In the background I heard the owner say "No Delivery!!!"
I then said, but all of your advertising and the hotel told me that you deliver. They guy said "Not Today" and hung up. WTH!!!
So.... false advertising, poor customer service
