Review: I have purchased a mandarin oriental E gift card for the amount of $1500 yesterday, and it was a mistake since I realized I still have another gift card unused from mandarin oriental. I called the customer service right away before the payment is even processed and were being told that they are unable to make a refund. Since the entire transaction and refund took place within one day, I feel it is bad business practice to be declined a refund. And the supervisor [redacted] at e gift card support was very rude and unpleasant to deal with, it brings a horrible taste of the service of the entire hotel group.Desired Settlement: Full refund of my e gift card purchase for $1500
