I disagree with the statement that the prices are clearly displayed. I have attached photos (and can supply additional photos if required). Nowhere is the price shown on any of *** Machines (except the $ones on the bottom row) or anywhere in the area of the machines. The display did not show $in the time I was there taking photos.I originally called ***-*** at the phone number on the machine (1-216-595-1717) and they referred me back to *** Land USA. I do not think it is fair to put the consumer in the middle of this, and we can add ***-*** to the complaint if *** Land cannot settle this. "Lastly, I will contact our *** sales representative and forward this concern." - Mike S*I suggest *** Land USA follow up with ***-*** to make sure prices are displayed, as Mike says he intends to do. Once ***-*** displays the prices, then we can close the matter.*** Land USA is profiting from these machines, and as such should not shirk their responsibility to deal fairly with the consumerIn the meantime, what is stopping *** Land USA from posting the prices in the area?

At that time customer confirmed that number of kids attending was being increased from to Customer used party room for minutes longer than the allotted hour slotThis additional time would normally be billed at $Customer took and opened all "Goodie Bags" included as part of the price for kidsCustomer did not inform any of the arena staff that they did not have kids attend and that only showed up Only after the event concluded and the parent approached the desk to pay final balance were we informed that they only intended to pay for rather than the confirmed number of Customer has called and harassed our front desk staff with no less than a dozen phone calls and emails Customer posted a complaint via Google and has received a response from rink ownership.Thank you for your time and attention.Mary Kay B***Business Manager OBM Arena

We have no access nor are we authorized to alter the mechanism controlling how prices are displayed or how the amount inserted into the machine is displayed. These machines are no different than most of the other [redacted] machines located at other locations using [redacted] as a vendor.
Each machine clearly shows the cost as $2.00 on the display. When money is inserted, the amount inserted is displayed. The complaint indicates that after $1.00 was inserted the displayed showed $1.00. After a second $1.00 is inserted the display will show $0.00.
I have checked our Point of Sale system and we give very few refunds for the [redacted] Machines.
Lastly, I will contact our [redacted] sales representative and forward this concern.

Ice Land USA

- for the past 4 years we came to OBM Arena to celebrate birthday of our kids and never had any issues with adjusting the number of kids attending - it's not like OBM Arena has to hire more people to serve them - all they do is bring pizza and the rest is on customers.- We did not use the room over for 45 minutes - its a clearly a lie to get away from refunding what they overcharged us.- all 15 goodie bags were opened by kids at party that is true - but we never been advised by the company of the this rule - if all 15 goodie bags are opened we would be charged as if we had 15 kids even though we had 12 kids and have pictures to prove it- this is very important point - [redacted] THERE ARE NO WRITTEN RULES THAT OBM ARENA PROVIDES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS WARNING THAT IF THE GOODIE BAGS ARE OPENED THEY WOULD CHARGE FOR IT AS IF IT WAS FOR A PERSON" - WHEN WE CONFRONTED OBM ARENA TO SHOW US WHERE IT SAYS SO OR WHY THEY NEVER TELL US ABOUT IT IN ADVANCE THEY HAD NO ANSWER.- OBM ARENA  does not have any written rules indicating that we have to notify them immediately if there were slightly less kids at the party that showed up. Neither they tell this in person to their customers.- All our communications with OBM ARENA was highly professional from our end. - if you ask them to forward you the emails that they have received from us they would not have a single one - because we never sent them any - again it's another lie to get away from refunding what they have overcharged us.- Yes we did post a negative comment on Google because we wanted to warn other people of what happened to us so that they would be prepared for it and not open all their goodie bags if they don't want to get charged for it.To summarise all - OBM Arena should provide their customers with clear understanding of their expectations and making sure their customers know exactly what will happen if they open their excess goodie bags or that they have to notify immediately that they have slightly less people that showed up to the party.OBM Arena should put their customers first and treat them with respect. We were a loyal customers to OBM arena for many years and with this single incident they have lost their loyal customers. We ask that Revdex.com would assist us in getting refund for the 3 goodie bags that they have charged us in the amount of $54. Few piece of candy does not cost that much and its not a good business to do this to your customers or to anyone.Thank you so much for your time in considering this matter.Best Regards,[redacted]
