Review: I emailed Mandee's customer service twice in a matter of three weeks and never received a response. On May 25 I emailed Customer service - They had a $10 Shoe sale and my daughter picked a pair of shoes. They were in the sale section and there were several shoes of the same kind there ( different colors too). When we went up to the register she said those were not the shoes on sale. The sales lady removed them all and said that the customers put them there! I asked to speak to the Manager. The sales associate went to the back whispered something and she nodded no. She came back and said, no. I asked her to ask the manager to come out to the floor because I needed to speak to her. She did come out and said that the customers must have put the shoes there. There was nothing she could do about the price. The shoes were not on sale and they were regular price. I really find that hard to believe! All the shoes?!?! Plus the boxes with the shoes too? Did not make sense to me. Even though the customer service we received was disgusting I did purchase the shoes at the regular price $24.99Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the difference and a response would also be nice.

Dear Sir or Madam:We have investigated the complaint and were able to confirm that the sales staff uses diligent efforts to maintain the merchandise in the correct location. To the store manager's knowledge, the shoes were not in the sales area. However, YM always strives to provide superior customer service and greatly values its customers. Therefore, the customer is invited back to the store where she made her purchase to receive a credit of $14.99. The customer should call ahead to make sure the manager is in the store at the time she plans on visiting. Thank you, [redacted]
