"First of all, we would like to apologize for our errors in this cake, and that the customer did not get exactly what he ordered. We take great pride in our bakery and want all our customers to be happy with our service and products. The manager thought that since the cake was completely
consumed, and was enjoyed by the party guests, it would be fair to give them a portion of the money back in the form of a gift card. We gave them an additional amount after they were complained further, so now they received a total of $back on a cake that cost around $(roughly 33%). We are sorry they are not satisfied with this and would be happy to send them the $they are asking for and they are welcome to keep the gift cards they have already receivedAgain, we are sorry and we hope to serve this customer in the future."
