consumed, and was enjoyed by the party guests,  it would be fair to give them a portion of the money back in the form of a gift card.  We gave them an additional amount after they were complained further, so now they received a total of $25 back on a cake that cost around $75 (roughly 33%).  We are sorry they are not satisfied with this and would be happy to send them the $40 they are asking for and they are welcome to keep the gift cards they have already received. Again, we are sorry and we hope to serve this customer in the future."

Review: We ordered a cake for my birthday party. The total cost of the cake was around $70. The cake we ordered was chocolate with cream cheese frosting. The cake we recieved was marble. When we contacted the business they said they would send us a gift card. The gift card arrived and it was for $15 which was an insult after not receiving the cake we ordered. My wife went in and talked to them and they upped it to $25. This is not an acceptable resolution since we did not recieve the product we ordered. I didn't even have any cake on my own birthday as I don't like marble.Desired Settlement: I would like a CASH refund of at least half the purchase price of the cake.
