Hello, Regarding Claim ***, I had received a text message from the customer for the first time on June 5th, about not receiving a refund for the $I immediately responded and let her know I would check to make sure it was sent out and figure out what happenedI then sent a
message June 8th explaining that the refund must have been lost, therefore I would refund again in the form of a money order to provide tracking as well on June 15thI never received a response from the customer. On Friday June 10th, I received the claim from the Revdex.comI have never received one before and was unsure of the process, so I again messaged the customer explaining I would now wait to send out the refund and contact the Revdex.com to see what the proper process would beI contacted the Revdex.com on Thursday June 15th at 4:00pm and was explained exactly what to doTherefore a money order has been purchased in the amount of $50, today, Friday June 16th, and was sent to the original address the client provided me.
