Review: Paid in full for Family package - edited images and copy rights on flash drive of 15/25 photos. My self, daughter and grandchild had the photo shoot with [redacted] husband [redacted]. 2 weeks later I call to set up time and place to pick the flash drive up. (Nov 7th)[redacted] said she had wedding and she could mail it if that was ok, I said fine and gave her my address. (Nov 10th[redacted] texted me saying she had not mailed it, asking if she could meet me the next day @ 5:45pm, told her 4:30 was better for me but she had appt. and proceeded to tell me I could meet her there. I said ok. (Nov 11th) [redacted] texted me apologizing because she had left the flash drive at home. At this point I gave her my hours that I work and we could meet before or after those hours. She said tomorrow I could meet her were she worked. So here we had it set again. (Nov 12.) I texted her asking if there were any surprise's today or can we get this over with after work? She replied "Wow where that come from and she rather not meet me at her work and would just mail it. I replied I was coming to her work and picking it up. When I got there she had left. On the phone she told me she was going to mail it and I shouldn't have come to her work. She told me to meet her there! (Nov. 16th) I texted her and asked if she had mailed it and she said yes. I texted her again asking when and she told me late on Thursday which was the14th. As of Nov. 19th she is not returing calls or text and guess what I still do not have the flash drive that I've paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like very much to have the picture's since that was an ordeal in itself. It took forever getting them finally taken and ended up she had her husband take the shots. Not only that but the day before our shoot my family came in from out of town and she called and cancelled. Then ended up her husband did them in the end!

Hello I received a letter from Revdex.com inregards to a complaint from [redacted]. The information she provided has been taken out of conduct. At the begging of this year (2013) MandiLeigh Photography ran a special in Delmarva Daily Deals were our services were half off for one time family portrait session. After the customer purchases there vochure thourgh Delmarva Daily Deals it is there resonability to contact MLP and set up a booking time. Several months went by and [redacted] contacted me. She stated that she was looking for a late summer family portrait but we were not ever able to settle on a booking date. Finaly we settled on a date to do her family portraits (Out Side) and the weather had a 60% chance of rain so it was postponed. MLP rescheduled and sent [redacted] to take there pictures. [redacted] both own MLP and are both photographers. [redacted] contacted me about a week after the pictures have been taken via text message. I informed her that it takes any were between two to three weeks for turn around for pictures. We had a date set up and we were to meet. I contacted her hours before our meet time to inform her something had came up and I would have to meet her the very next day. [redacted] was fine with that, I said to please meet me at 4pm sharp at the location, because I had a prior engagment. After waiting about fifteen minutes past 4pm I had to leave. [redacted] contacted me after 4:20pm and said she was here. I informed her I had already left and she than became very hostile. I said I did not have any other flexability to reschudle in the time frame she needed them so I said I would just put them in the mail. Please note that I always mail our flash drives with the pictures I was just trying be more accomidating to [redacted]. She contacted me about two days later asking if the pictures were mailed. I said that they were mailed and she should have gotten them or will get them soon. The next day I was unavailable by phone and she had called me over thirty times and left over ten voice messages. I have not heard back from [redacted] and I recently received this letter from Revdex.com. I am wishing to clear up this matter.
