In an effort to resolve the complaint, the management team at The Mandolin reached out to the Customer Care Department to receive more informationUpon review, the attached move out photos reflect the need for a carpet replacement and cleaning, which in the initial Revdex.com complaint, the former
resident stated she is not disputing the need for a cleaningThe former resident claimed that the apartment would be renovated and that she should not be charged for carpet, however there was a move in that took place days after her move out, and typically a renovated apartment would be out of commission longer than days, meaning that the apartment was not renovatedThe only charges the former resident incurred was carpet prorate and cleaning, along with her final utilities and her deposit, which was credited to her final balanceAt this time, her charges are valid and her remaining balance is $77.36.
