All Mandy Management does is care about the moneyMy 3rd floor neighbor is very disrespectful and allows her kids to make all types of noises all hours of the nightWhen I called the landlord to bring it to his attention, they said all they can do is send her out a complaint letterThat sounds stupid because a REAL landlord would of had a talk with her face to face about the issueNothing was done about itI made complaintsAlso when it comes to something needing to be fixed, they take their sweet timeBut the moment rent is due and you owe a late fee, they are quick to call you none stop about the moneyAnd the girl that collects the rent at the front desk, she has a *** attitude and the vibe I get from her is not right! I recently paid my rent and I paid my late fees, they sent me out a letter stating I owe $1,which is not true because I already paid the $they are always messing upThey are money hungry and all they care about is the moneyI do not owe $1,I only owe $1,They are trying to get more money out of meThey are very slick

My son rented an apartment on Fountain Street from Mandy Management for years When he decided to finally move out he gave two months notice in writing He made sure the apartment was left completely empty and mopped and clean throughout(we have photos) He had to call constantly about getting back his security deposit Finally after over a month he was told that he left a few items in the refrigerator and something in the oven so they were going to deduct $ Another weeks go by and still he had to call for his deposit Finally over months after moving out he received his deposit without escrow interest but they deducted $for using a trash bag to throw away a few items in the refrigerator and a pot in the oven The CT Law states they must pay interest(show escrow statement) and also they MUST return deposit in days not months or the tenant is entitled to double!! We plan on filing a formal complaint...how dare they deduct $when THEY are the ones in security deposit return violation

Unprofessional lack of communicationThreatening their customers talks down to people especially womenLilly is a unintelligent piece of work don't trust anyone their with your money nor your housing opportunityWish I looked at reviews before met with them would have saved a lot of time and painMandy is worst of them all, threatened to not give my hard earned money back in days plus because of my attitude due to all of them being rude to me from the second I walked in thereHope everyone does their research before they get involved with these horrible peopleStay far away from these buildings you will become a victim

I moved into one of the Mandy homes a year agoI have nothing but positive things to sayIt is my first rental but I would be shocked to see such service across the boardThe one or two maintenance issues I had were fixed right awayI highly recommend Mandy management to anyone looking to rent in the new haven areaMuch better than my friends experiences

Theyre decent people and if you're respectful and prompt with your payment they will take care of youI have seen a few bad reviews and all I can say they probably have a few properties that are a problem and it seems like they're taking care of itPick the right place they will show you a fewPay your rent on time and if they are liable for something they will take care of it and you have to take care of what you're liable forMy fridge was broken upon moving in, I called maintenance and they're bring me a new oneThey seem to do their best and no place is perfectThey're a buisness and one should always remember that you get what you give, period end of storyMandy Management has been good to me for sure and Levi G is a solid guy! Eli was very pleasent to interview with and we even ended having a great conversation for an hour and we felt like we could sit there all day and BSThe owners are good people, religious and have compassion and moralityIf anyone gets scared of a bad review use common sense and understand that no buisness is perfect and they handle multiple numbers of properties, some very oldMy building is well over a hundred years old and im sure it was in bad shape at one point90% of their properties are fine and im sure soon that will be 100%Just remember folks, you get what you give and they can only take care of what they're liable for anything more and it's not a buisness it's a charityThe hard reality is that we do what we have to in life and thats not always what is "right" and "kind"They're good people but you have to pay your rent, pay your deposit and take care of everything YOU have to, be respectful and amicable along the way and I guarantee this company will do more than they have to for youLive well and respect others, you get what you give and be responsible for yourself ??
