Mane Attraction Salon and Wellness Spa

Review: I made a bridal appointment with Mane Attraction for a hair trail, make-up trail and facial(for my mother) a total of $221.00. All of the services they performed were poorly executed. I have made attempts to contact the owner and they avoid my calls.

The hair consultant put my hair in a ponytail and pinned it into a bun. When my mother tried to explain to her that we wanted something more formal for the wedding than a loosely pinned bun she argued with us and tried to sway us to accept the hair style.

I noticed the make-up artist was using poor technique, when I asked her where she attended cosmetology school, she informed me she hadn't, but did work at a mall make-up counter.

When my mother went into her facial service the table piece under her head broke!

I paid the bill and later contacted the salon because I was very upset and disappointed. I called and spoke to the front desk manager who agreed that I should have some sort of refund and she promised the owner would return my call. I waited a week then called again asking to speak to the desk manager. She acted surprised that I had not been contacted and said the owner had just stepped out and that I would receive a call back. I yet to receive that call.

Mane Attraction advertises salon and spa services, "Our professional staff, educated in today’s most advanced techniques, will consult and guide you toward your individual goals to look and feel your best!". There advertisement is misleading
