Mane Attraction Salon

Review: I went into this salon to have Highlights which I have been doing for years with absolutely no problems with a hair salon. I no longer go to this would be my first time at mane attraction. This was about 6 hour Hair appointment that turn horrible about a week or two after this appointment I was experiencing mager hair lost which resulted into all the hair on the back of my head breaking off to about 1 inch patches of hair went to seek help from another salon which said it looks like the hair was left under heat to longer was over processed. Called salon ask for a refund the only thing offered was a conditioning and a 45.00 charge for color would not issue a refund!!Desired Settlement: I just want my refund tip and all $100 for color $5 for my tip all she can give me for balding the back of my head!!
