I am writing you this email in regards to the complaint that Mrs [redacted] filed agains my businessI have the contract that Mrs [redacted] signed and included the following: pictures 4X pictures 5x Preview photoshoot pictures 16x Big photo book small photo book USB with all the photos frames 4x make up and hair stylish( she was notifyed before she signed the contract that Leo Makeup artist was busy for that date and she agreed to use somebody else) photo boothThe contract does not state how long will it take us to complete the work and that varies according to how much work we haveI agree that it took me a little bit longer than expected and thats why we gave her a discount of $dollarsThe full package is valued to $4000,and she only paid $3,USD On February 27th, Mrs [redacted] came and pithe package and signed the contract stating that she received everything that we agreed in the contractAfter that she started texting me at different hours when I was not even in my office and I replied to all her messages trying to make her happy but nothing worked So after I tried different ways to negotiate I could not make her agree to anything, so finally I told her to come see me to my office to talk in person and until today she has not showed upFinally we can not refund what she is requesting since she signed of work receivedAt this point if she is so unhappy we are willing to take our work back and give her a 100% refund of the moneyIf you need any further info please feel free to contact meI am sorry for the inconvenienceThis is the first time we have to deal with this type of situation and we are willing to do anything that is in our power to fix it Sincerely Mane Photography Jose [redacted] D [redacted]

photo book   USB with all the photos   40 frames 4x6   make up and hair stylish. ( she was notifyed before she signed the contract that Leo Makeup artist was busy for that date and she agreed to use somebody else).   photo booth. The contract does not state how long will it take us to complete the work and that varies according to how much work we have. I agree that it took me a little bit longer than expected and thats why we gave her a discount of $950.00 dollars. The full package is valued to $4000,00 and she only paid $3,100.00 USD.   On February 27th, Mrs. [redacted] came and pick-up the package and signed the contract stating that she received everything that we agreed in the contract.
