Grace Roofing replaced the roof on our addition in the summer of and they were able to do it quicklyThe were polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselvesThe work they did appeared to be well doneIn the winter a large amount of water began coming in and they said they would be over a few days later to look at it and fix/repair what was wrongThey didn't comeThe area continued to leak through the spring and calls every few days over the next months resulted in nothing happeningIt was always 'We're busy right now, we'll be by in a few days'They obviously were not honouring their warranty Finally another company agreed to come repair the issue (and voiding our warranty) and found boards that should have been replaced when the roof was redoneGrace was supposed to replace any wood/boards that needed replacing, but didn'tWe had to pay this second company to replace the boards and re-shingle that part of the roof (and of course add in the cost of labour.)
