Hello, My name is [redacted] ***I own Maney LandscapingThis lady never gave me half of the pay to do any workI found out she lied to me after giving her my original price of dollars to take down the treeAfter finding out that she lied to me I packed up my guys and equipmentWe took down over dollars of the treeShe lying to me makes me believe she should pay me the dollars for the job that we completed already and leave it at thatThe tree is about feet high and about inches in diameter with other trees coming out of the baseThere is no one out there that would pay dollars to take that size tree downAfter asking the lady who the company was she kept saying she through the paperwork out and then when I rephrased the question they never gave her paperwork so she forgotIf anyone owes anyone anything she should be paying us for the dollars worth of work that was done Hoping to hear what will go on as soon as you determine the future of this matter

That is quite a drop in priceI had called for other quotes, and if my memory is correct, I had one in the vicinity of $ I then asked if he could do better, and $is the figure we agreed on to take down the tree plus the removal of the stumpThis was a verbal contractAfter he started the job, he came into my house to complain about the tree being larger than he thought, he then asked me for $to complete the jobI declined and said we had a verbal contractHe then started to leave and I asked him what he planned to do and he said, 'I will finish the job for the price I said, $900, plus the stump." down over 1500 dollars of the tree. She lying to me makes me believe she should pay me the 900 dollars for the job that we completed already and leave it at that. The tree is about 60 feet high and about 60 inches in diameter with 5 other trees coming out of the base. There is no one out there that would pay 900 dollars to take that size tree down. After asking the lady who the company was she kept saying she through the paperwork out and then when I rephrased the question they never gave her paperwork so she forgot. If anyone owes anyone anything she should be paying us for the 900 dollars worth of work that was done.  Hoping to hear what will go on as soon as you determine the future of this matter.
