We recently decided our front steps needed to be repaired. They were brick and mortar with limestone slab steps and top. We checked several contractors and finally settled on Manfred Masonry. Workers arrived early on the first day, completed the removal of the old steps and prepared the area for installation. Workers returned on the next scheduled day and completed the steps and readied the top for placement of the top piece. Due to the weight of the top piece the steps needed to set for a few days. After the time period had passed the workers returned and placed the top piece.
The workers were courteous, and friendly and they cleaned up the area every day after work. Manfred had noticed that a decorative column in front of the home had some cracks and needed some repair. Those repairs were done without extra cost to us.
