Review: On 11/**/15, I drove my car to the auto dealership for repairs. My car was in a list of cars with factory recalls that need 3 types of repairs. I was there for about 4 hrs. I felt that I wasnt treated with respect , because I wasnt buying a car and that my car was old and unattractive. I was treated rudely .I felt I wasnt treated like a customer should be treated. Ishouldnt matter if your rich or poor or if you drive an very expensive car or a 10yr old used unattunattractive car.. My car is a 2004 saturn ion, with a need for a paint job. These employees were taught to profiled drivers and their vehicles and their wealth.Desired Settlement: An explanation of their prejudice

On 11/**/15 [redacted] came to Manfredi Chevrolet and had three recalls completed on her 2004 Saturn. In response to her complaint to the Revdex.com I attempted to contact her , leaving messages on both day time and night time phone numbers, to no avail. I wanted to apologize to the for not being happy with her service experience. Also to find out exactly what made her feel disrespected. Sincerely, [redacted]

Review: On 5/**/15, I brought my car to Manfredi for inspection and they claimed that the check engine light was on. After charging me $661.47 to make a new harness and new connectors to resolve the engine light issue, shortly after returning home from the dealership,

the check engine light went on again. I called the manager, Robert, and he said to drive the car a bit and see if the check engine light goes off. On 6/**/15, I returned to Manfredi because the engine light continued to go on and off. Shortly thereafter, the manager called me and said it would be an additional $1099 to replace the throttle body, which I declined. Please keep in my mind that in November 2011, Manfredi made the same repairs as they did on 5/**/15.

I don't feel that they know how to repair the car and would like my $661.47 refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the original repair. They performed a diagnostic on 5/**/15, and if there was something wrong with the throttle body, it should have shown on the diagnostic test. As soon as I returned home on 5/**/15, the engine light came on. The was the second time they made a similar repair.
