Review: I purchased a Manfrotto BeFreeTriPod ([redacted]) from the [redacted] on Jan 27,2015. There was a manufacture's mail in rebate at the time that promised to pay $30 Visa PrePaid Card. I sent all the material stated on the rebate form and post marked in time.
On Mar 12,2015 I received an email from [redacted] acknowledging my rebate submission and was given tracking Number [redacted].
Months passed and I did not receive the promised rebate of $30.
I decided to call the rebate center and then Manfrotto. [redacted]
Could you please assist me getting the $30 reabate that Manfrotto promised?
I can send you copies of ALL the forms upon request.

Review: I purchased a Kata "Bumblebee" camera pack in March, 2014 from an online retailer in Korea. One of the shoulder straps broke upon first use of the bag, which is listed as having a lifetime warranty on the Kata/Manfrotto website. When I called to arrange warranty repair, I spoke with [redacted] at ###-###-####, who informed me that they are unable to honor the warranty because the product was purchased outside the United States. [redacted] was unable to provide any resolution to my problem, not even a telephone number for Kata bags, which Manfrotto distributes. This is a deceptive business practice and breach of contract (express warranty). I demand either a replacement bag, model KT PL-B-220, or free warranty repair of my current bag.Desired Settlement: Replacement or repair of my bag, model KT PL-B-220

Review: I've used the product 3 times in two years and the most important part of the METZ AF flash (photography) failed and stopped working. I paid $399 for flash their repair department emailed me with a $314 repair offer. I declined I felt it was too much to pay when a new one cost 399. My repair # was [redacted]. Im 54 years old and I have NEVER reported a business to a Revdex.com. Ive email Manfrotto thru their "contact us" part of their web site. A month later I was notified by email by a company rep. I made 10 returned phone calls no reply. I Emailed Jhon and I received a simple rely "what is your phone ". If perhaps he checked my 10 voicemails he would know the answer to that question.
I replied with this frustrating response.
Your methods to resolving customer related concerns lacks total professionalism. As explained earlier I asked you to email me which I see you received. The effort Ive made in shipping my defective flash and dealing with it’s resolution leaves me with a complete dissatisfaction with Manfrotto and quite frankly and most importantly is your part of this whole process. Nice response to my email earlier, “ what's your phone number “ Classis just Classic. Have a nice day . Oh by the way Ive tried calling you for the 10th time .
Ive lost ALL patience in dealing with Manfrotto. Potential customers should have access to this complaint when deciding which product they should consider. Desired Settlement: send me a full refund ck plus $18.00 shipping costs to get back my defective flash. Thanks
Review: I purchased a Pro 500 flash unit that at the time had an $85 advertised rebate. I sent in all the rebate information and contacted them on 3 different times to follow up on the rebate and they never sent it. They mentioned on the last contact that the rebate would take a couple more weeks but it has never arrived. I purchased the flash in Dec 2014 and still I haven't gotten the rebate.

Now the rebate website is delisted and the phone number for customer service disconnected

Review: After finding what I wanted on the Manfrotto Store site, we ordered MP3-BK Pocket Supports – On February 7th, 2014. I was told the item would be shipped via Standard Shipping in 3-7 business days. The item was not shipped as promised, and I received Delay Email #1, saying that shipping would be delayed 5-8 weeks. Then I received Delay Email #2 saying it would be shipped on April 3rd. Then I received Delay Email #3 saying it would be shipped on June 4th. Then I received Delay Email #4 saying it would be shipped on June 30th. Then I received Delay Email #5 saying it would be shipped after August 21st.

Review: I bought a 494 head a little more than a 2 months ago and unsatisfied with it. When I need to take vertical shots it doesn't hold the camera and the camera twists on the mount. Then I tried to tighten it up and it ruined the rubber part of my grip! Nowhere in the description of the product the consumer is advised that the camera might twist on horizontal position. Also, now the head is not holding the camera steadily even on horizontal position. I just want a refund. Thank you, RomuloDesired Settlement: My money back.
