I have not received neither public apology neither refund.Also Mangia failed to provide evidence to support contest fair advertisement, as to provide list of winners. The skill based contest is disputable, as there were no terms and conditions, no merit of best picture, no judging description, as Federal Law requiresAs number of participants was below 100, it is a common sense that everyone who participate is one of best contestants

The $350 gift card that we sent due to our good will intentions to [redacted], albeit the fact that her entry at the contest was not successful, includes the proclaimed refund of $30.58 and it was mailed to her attention on 7/** as per the attached receipt. Following her response that she has not yet received it, we contacted [redacted] and we were informed that the address provided is undeliverable. Please provide us with the correct address so that we will resend it again, once we receive it back from [redacted]. Our address is [redacted].We also invite [redacted] to visit our website where she can find all the relevant information. We apologize once again for the unnecessary inconvenience caused to [redacted] for not being selected as one of the successful winners on our instagram photo contest but we hope that upon the receipt of the prize she will be a returning and loyal client of ours as our philosophy is based on building long term relationships with all our customers that share the same passion with us for good and quality food.
