After receiving this complaint it was brought to the attention of the Sales Manager Larry H[redacted] and the Owner Ralph Mangino Jr.  Immediately at 9:30 AM on September 2nd, a call was made to Joshua from our sales manager Larry H[redacted] and a message was left on Joshua's phone. ...

Again on the following morning, Sept 3rd, Larry attempted to reach Joshua again and had to leave a voice message.    Joshua came in looking for a brand new GMC Sierra with the MSRP above $45,000.  He wanted to trade in his current truck which he owed approximately $6,000 more that it was worth to us as a trade in.  Our salesman Marcus and Manager Larry tried to work the numbers to Joshua's advantage, unfortunately they had to include the $6,000 as still owed which brought the payment out of Joshua's range.    Larry H[redacted] tried to contact him on two separate occasions to take another look at his trade in to see if he could give him any more for it or try to show him a less expensive new or used truck and We have never heard back from Joshua.   If there are any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.   Thank You :   Sonta M[redacted] Mangino Buick-GMC 1484 Saratoga Rd Ballston Spa, NY 12020
