Razel & Jenny are an AMAZING Mango Maid's cleaning team that visited my home todayI have them booked for biweekly cleanings and I am so excited at the prospect of how my house is going to look with them coming! I've had cleaners in the past but Razel and Jenny went far beyond anything the other companies didfor instance they lifted my couch to vacuum underneath of it, and reclaimed a bucket of lost toys in the process! I'm so impressed with the thoroughness of their work and the respectful attitude that they portray; I am looking forward to having them back and would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for a high-quality cleaning team

Their service is inexcusably horribleWe booked an appointment for 9:on Saturday and it took until 11:to show upThere was absolutely no updates from anyone at Mango Maid, this is after I called them times to confirmWhen I finally managed to speak with the manager, he's response is basically "tough luck"I would not recommend Mango Maid to anyone

Very poor serviceWe are very disappointed by this service Our visa was charged without any invoice, apparently there was invoices and was only provided invoice a day laterThen a month later, our visa statement came and saw another $ [redacted] charge from themWhen I requested information, Mango Maid asked me why it took me so long to get in touch with them?? The property was not clean at all!! I would not recommend them to anyoneVery disappointingThey refuse to give our money back to come back to clean the property

I scheduled a minor cleaning project for a small apartmentI only needed items cleaned - the hood fan, sets of blinds( in each bedroom) and the balconyWhen I called to schedule this, I specifically mentioned each areaI was told people would come by for hoursI thought that was plenty of time they showed up and took the entire time without finishing any areaThe crew then told me that it would be additional time if I wanted everything finishedFurther, they did not have a broom to sweep the balcony when I explicitly l told them when setting up the appointmentWhen I called the office I was told the crew could come back - what use is the same ill-equipped crew? In addition, I had taken the time off for those hours and had to arrange for additional time off - which I could not get- in order to make up for their gross incompetencyWaste of time and moneyNot recommended at all

Very poor service. We are very disappointed by this service.
Our visa was charged without any invoice, apparently there was 2 invoices and was only provided 1 invoice a day later. Then a month later, our visa statement came and saw another $[redacted] charge from them. When I requested information, Mango Maid asked me why it took me so long to get in touch with them?? The property was not clean at all!!
I would not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing. They refuse to give our money back to come back to clean the property.

I'm happy with their service. Very polite and considerate.They know how to keep your space clean and organize.

Mango Maids is amazing! Their staff is very professional and their work is always done to perfection! We have a continued bi-weekly service in our home in chestermere with them and it is the best investment we have ever made! We have tried multiple cleaning services in the past and no one can come close to the cleanliness that mango maids provides! Highly highly recommended! Jeffrey, Dexter and Freddy are hard workers! Always goes above and beyond what's expected! Thank you for making life easier!
