Review: I ordered product and it was not received. I complained and they didn't follow-up. I am requesting my money to be refunded.Desired Settlement: I am requesting my money to be refunded and an apology.

Review: I purchased four mango dresses on Dec.2nd 2013, since most of them are summer dress and based on the trust of the quality of mango's products, I did not try them until recently the weather is getting warmer. However, I got a very bad allergy and rashes to these dress, the skin gets very itchy . I tried to call the customer service to explain the situation and trying to seek the possibility to return these items since for my health concern I will not wear these dress for sure. The mango.com customer service even won't let me finish my explanation and refuse the return. I am so upset about this situation not only because the defective product I received (I am wondering if they have the quality control and skin safe testing cert. et. ) but also the bad customer service practice and all the bad altitude towards to my situation during the phone consultation . I would like ask for a full refund for my order ! and I will never buy from them there is no loyalty and they are not responsible at all!Desired Settlement: Authorization of return and full refund !

Here's the tracking number [redacted] you can check here [redacted] It was signed by[redacted] and was delivered on december 17. After that I have sent 6 emails to customer service and they never replied to any of my emails and I have not received my REFUND. Total amount was $282 + shipping fee to send the items for refund. Their customer service is very bad and online shopping is a torture. ThanksDesired Settlement: I'd want REFUND + Shipping

Review: I have contacted Mango numerous times, via email and mail since July, about an item I bought in Spain. Before I sent the item to their Edison warehouse I sent them an email explaining that I need to return a Jacket I bought which I can no longer use. I explained to them that after my business trip and came back to the US, I was hospitalized and I cannot use the Jacket anymore. After 2 emails and 1 mail, I finally received a reply from Ana Pelay of their customer service saying; "We are currently dealing with your request and we will contact you in short." - this was in July 25th.

I patiently waiting on their response and up to this date, they have not replied to me yet. I have sent the jacket and still waiting on their reply. I bought this garment with my own hard earned money and now they have the item and I still do not have the refund! Hence, before I even bought this jacket I asked the sales clerk in their store if I can exchange or return the item in the US, they said of course! I have been waiting and waiting and I think this is NOT fair that they are NOT even telling me anything about this issue.Desired Settlement: I will accept whatever the value or the current selling price of this item now. I want my money back!!!!
