Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: 
we took the leftovers solely because the manager would not refund us even after told we were dissatisfied with everything but because of terrible response from management we took the food and tried to salvage the money we were losing since he refused to refund it. I will give you the leftovers for a refund that you continue to deny regardless of me going through Revdex.com, you still are fighting against an unsatisfied customer which is why I contacted them for this establishments terrible service and continued unresolved service. With this type of customer service I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL CONTINUE TO CONTACT Revdex.com Until I have a refund or I will be contacting legal representation!!! Unacceptable and the food is horrible. By the way management, your food is still sitting in my refrigerator because we were scared to eat the dish because we were scared that management didn't cook it properly or did something horrifying to it that would damage my great health. Sincerely,

was at Mango.  The customer changed the recipe for the rice dish she initially ordered and then was not happy with the taste when it arrived.  She requested it be sent back to the kitchen and cooked to taste like her friend's fried rice.  Unfortunately, we are not able to send food back into the kitchen.  To please the customer, the waiter voided the charge for the first rice dish from her bill and ordered a new rice dish to match the one her friend had ordered.  As far as Mango is concerned, the complainant ate all her food and took leftovers home with her so no refunds are in order.Once again, we are sorry to hear she did not have a pleasant dining experience. Kind regards,
