Review: I [redacted] went to see a doctor at Mangrove Medical Group in Sept 2013. Dr. [redacted] came into the room I was waiting in, and he stood approx 7' from me, and said so what is wrong with you? He didn`t listen to my lungs, chest nothing!!! I let him know my reasons for being there. I was having tremendos HOT FLASHES!!!! and I had sholder pain really bad. He starts off by saying well let me give you something for the HOT FLASHES.... I said that I would like to know what my hormone level was before giving me any medicine. So Dr.[redacted] wrote up a blood test, and then he said ok I will give you something for the pain in your sholder. Again I let him know that I would like to know why my sholders hurt not just pain pills. So Dr. [redacted] ordered a x-ray. So I was told that I should hear something in a few days reg my blood test. I had to call them they never called me with any results. And I was charged a great amount for Dr. [redacted] to do absolutely nothing. They never called me about my x-ray to let me know why my sholder was hurting so bad. But they sent me the BILL anyway. I think more of us need to put our concerns out there when Doctor`s only want to push PAIN PILLS on patients and never getting to the bottom of what is really happening with our bodies.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of approx $180.00 that I had to pay for absolutely nothing. I do not mind paying for a doctor visit when they really care and try and fix the issue, and not try and just push pain pills.
