This business doesn't take care of their customersThey came out and installed a new heat/air conditioner unit in my homeI had a home warrantyI was not home at the time of installation and it was warm here in Louisiana at the time of installation so I did not turn on the heatI turned on my heat in Novwhen it dropped in the 30'sThe heat didn't workI called Mangram's and they wouldn't call me backI have two children at homeInstead of saying that would come out and check my unit to see if they were at fault, they wanted to charge me to come outI called another company to come out, and they found that the wire inside the wire nut had been brokenObviously fault of Mangram's!! They do not deserve anyone's business because they have no concern for their customers!!! I find it sad and I hope that no one else becomes a victim to their negligencePlease beware everyone!! Use another company! They tried to blame everyone instead of taking responsibility for their own errors!
