This business doesn't take care of their customers. They came out and installed a new heat/air conditioner unit in my home. I had a home warranty. I was not home at the time of installation and it was warm here in Louisiana at the time of installation so I did not turn on the heat. I turned on my heat in Nov. when it dropped in the 30's. The heat didn't work. I called Mangram's and they wouldn't call me back. I have two children at home. Instead of saying that would come out and check my unit to see if they were at fault, they wanted to charge me to come out. I called another company to come out, and they found that the wire inside the wire nut had been broken. Obviously fault of Mangram's!! They do not deserve anyone's business because they have no concern for their customers!!! I find it sad and I hope that no one else becomes a victim to their negligence. Please beware everyone!! Use another company! They tried to blame everyone instead of taking responsibility for their own errors!
