I am rejecting this response because: The information that they have stated is not true they have changed what they told meThey accused me of trying to wire the truck up myself and said that I had cut all the factory plugs off of the pickup
Which is totally wrong There was not one wire on the vehicle that had been tampered with The wiring that was on the bed itself was a CM factory wiring harness The pigtails that went from the bed to the truck was still wrapped and taped up and had not been used at any point Now they're stating that me welding the bed on is what damage the computer I have worked on a lot of vehicles over the years and I always pull a battery cables before doing any welding on a vehicle Their story changes every time you talk to him They told me that the first set of guys that worked on the truck could not fix it so his dad called him in and when he got there there was blowed fuses and he thought the computer was burnt out They told me that the first set of guys that worked on the truck could not fix it so his dad called him in and when he got there there was blowed fuses and he thought the computer was burnt out when I asked him who was responsible for that he told me I was because I was the one that burned the computer up I asked him so you don't think that the guy before you that has tried to wire this up blowed all the fuses and burned the computer up he said no I know without a shadow of a doubt there was not one thing wrong with that truck when it was took up there They obviously did not know what they were doing when trying to wire the vehicle I have talk to a professional sense than that says you have to have a converter to make all the lights work on that particular truck I don't dispute that I got loud and was very frustrated and aggravated I hired them to do what was supposed to be a simple task and they burned up and messed up my vehicle and charged me for it and accused me of bringing them faulty equipment The wiring job they tried to do on that vehicle was horrific they had but splices splashed into but splices it was a total mess they are very unprofessional and unwilling to pay for their mistakes what took place there is unacceptable for any business They did not do or try to do anything close to rite They said in their statement that my son said he tried to wire he doesn't know how to work on anything they also said that I called back up there telling them the alternator had quit Which is also not accurate my wife call them to tell them that I was on my way up there to take it back After she talk to them I decided there was no use I cut all the wiring loose that they had wired up and the charging system went back to working on the truck I have yet to get the bed hooked up to where the locks wor I cut all the wiring loose that they had wired up and the charging system went back to working on the truck I have yet to get the bed hooked up to where the lif hrs work Would like for it to go on record that there are very untrustworthy Thank you for your time
