to my knowledge this customer has not called or come back to us to complain any further ,although when he was he I was in fear of my safety he was menacing to me and the girls in my office ,if he has a concern about any repairs we did for him we will be happy to address any of his concerns we stand...

behind our repairs ,I don't now or ever want a unhappy customer ,unhappy customer never return ,if when you speak to him please let him know if there is a complaint I will be happy address his concerns or if you can have him call us on a 3 way call with you on the phone ,I would like to hear his concerns with you on the phone

Review: I was told they would perform the following services: replace 1 coil, and replace the spark plugs. Upon the second call they said they performed an oil change. This was not previously authorized and they as are sulk used regular oil instead of synthetic oil. I insisted they perform a proper flush and use synthetic oil. I now have no guaratee that it was done properly and my car may suffer future damage. I don't feel that I should pay for their oil change mistake. I also question whether the $799 charge is an appropriate amount for the parts and labor of the service. Lastly, they would not accept credit card payment for service and would not release my car unless I paid cash. This would prevent me from challenging this whole situation under the provisions of my credit card company.Desired Settlement: Billing reduction, no charge for flush or labor of the oil change, and guarantee of payment for a future oil flush and oil change only if the oil flush they performed was improperly done.
