In response to yet another complaint from a patient please read the followingPer our close review of the claim we determined that $was paid from the patient's HSA, which was returned back to the HSA via a check directly to the HSA Administrator$was paid by the patient in cash at the office at time of visitPatient was contacted by April, the front desk supervisor at that location, and told to come and pick up her $at the office, patient refused to come demanding a check to be made to herSince the money was paid in cash, it is office policy that money be returned to the patient in cashPatient is welcome to come to the office during regular business hours to pick up her moneyNo check will be madeAt this point we believe that the patient is being spiteful and is using this as an opportunity to cause troubleShe fails to present all facts and misrepresents information in a way that is convenient to herAll a ttempts on our side to deal with this situation in a proper, lawful, way are being misconstrued and patient twists facts around to try to get her wayWe would appreciate if the patient would just come and pick her money in cash so we could stop this ridiculous discoursePlease, once again note, NO ONE refused to return the money to the patient and it was made clear to her that it will only be done according to office policies, not according to what patient would like to see happening.Thank youAnna K

We acknowledge that [redacted] was under our care on the named date of service of 09/**/2016. However, [redacted] misrepresents some of the information. For one, no one at the office could tell [redacted] that her card will be charged whenever we feel like it and for whatever reason we see fit....

It is against our policy to save any credit card numbers on file and no cards are ever charged without patient's permission. Second, I also never told [redacted] that I "felt that I needed to bill for more services". What I did tell [redacted] was the fact that billing department never received a superbill for her sonogram and that was why it was not billed to the insurance company. But most importantly, no one ever denied to reimburse [redacted], however we will not be issuing out a check or remitting cash refund. [redacted] used her health savings account to pay for these services. We are required by regulations to substantiate an y and all charges to the HSA accounts to the HSA administrators, therefore money can only be returned, again by regulation we are bound by, to return the money back to the HSA account. We would like to also remind [redacted] that as an HSA beneficiary she is not allowed to withdraw or use the HSA funds on anything other than medical bills and that money may not be available to her in cash, per, again regulations. If you or the patient have any further questions please kindly contact me at ###-###-####Sincerely,Anna Krimerman

In response to yet another complaint from a patient please read the following. Per our close review of the claim we determined that $180.00 was paid from the patient's HSA, which was returned back to the HSA via a check directly to the HSA Administrator. $30.00 was paid by the patient in cash at the office at time of visit. Patient was contacted by April, the front desk supervisor at that location, and told to come and pick up her $30.00 at the office, patient refused to come demanding a check to be made to her. Since the money was paid in cash, it is office policy that money be returned to the patient in cash. Patient is welcome to come to the office during regular business hours to pick up her money. No check will be made. At this point we believe that the patient is being spiteful and is using this as an opportunity to cause trouble. She fails to present all facts and misrepresents information in a way that is convenient to her. All a ttempts on our side to deal with this situation in a proper, lawful, way are being misconstrued and patient twists facts around to try to get her way. We would appreciate if the patient would just come and pick her money in cash so we could stop this ridiculous discourse. Please, once again note, NO ONE refused to return the money to the patient and it was made clear to her that it will only be done according to office policies, not according to what patient would like to see happening.Thank youAnna K.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I am attaching proof that I only received $180.00 and not $210.00. The copay of $30.00 does not apply until the deductible is met. Thank you [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The respondent Anna is lying. Also she kiept hanging up the phone on me more then once, which is rude and unprofessional. I was told by Sarah and not Anna in billing, that my card will be charged for more services at will.  As far as Anna is concerned, she refused to provide an explanation to me which services the $300.00 covered. I had an internal exam and a sonogram. No pap smear or anything else.  When I asked Anna for a breakdown of the $300.00 charged, she refused to reply, but threatened to charge extra for a sonogram, which I believe was fully covered by a $300.00 charge. As far as a refund is concerned, they can make a refund payable to [redacted] account, and I would deposit it back into my account. I know the law. However, in lieu of the threats to charge my card for more bogus services, I refuse to provide the new card number.  I do not trust this office. They are liars and thieves. They owe me 210.00 and they will do and say anything not to refund my money. Please help me get my money back ASAP.  I have a lot of medical expenses this year, and I need this money to pay for them. I would like to receive a check for $210.00, which I will deposits into my [redacted] Account.  Please don't let them get away with stealing my money and lying about it!!!Thank you.Sincerely,[redacted]
