Review: My friend purchased two tickets to a sail from this company. My friend is handicapped. We boarded the boat at their starting point battery park. Car parked and train very close. However the [redacted] hit a sand bar and everyone had to be rescued off the boat. Everyone was taken to another dock over a mile and half away. Everyone was on their own to get back to their vehicle or subway etc. The company did not know who was safe or not. They had everyone's email. I even sent two emails w no response. Needless to say it cost us extra money to get back and at a much later time. We understand things happen but it was totally mishandled.Desired Settlement: The company has everyone's email and should have contacted everyone and apologized and verified their safety. A refund and reimbursement for costs incurred after.
