Review: I contacted Manhattan Cabinets about retrofitting a kitchen cabinet to account for a taller appliance. The company rep, [redacted], initially quoted 2 days work at $250 per day. He sent a carpenter, [redacted], to assess the work. At my apartment, I spoke to [redacted] about how to fix that specific cabinet, and we also spoke specifically about additional work: adjusting all the cabinets for alignment issues, adjusting the track on a spice rack, and fixing water damange to 2 panels. I then spoke again to [redacted] who requoted the cost of 250 per day. Manhattan Cabinets did complete the work of retrofitting on a single cabinet. But they have refused to complete the additonal work.Desired Settlement: I am requesi Manhattan Cabinets to complete scope of work as discussed with [redacted] within 2 weeks time.
