Review: I had the most devastating and insulting experience with Manhattan Cleaners! I took my ORANGE Elie Tahari top to Manhattan Cleaner for a dry clean. I payed in advanced and requested it to be delivered. The next day I received my shirt white instead of orange. When I took the top to them, the lady started screaming that the top is still orange. I politely requested a reimbursement for the top cost since I only wore it once, I even gave them a copy of the receipt. She told me to call the manager to solve the issue with him and I did. He asked me to present a receipt of the top to reimburse me, however, he gave me a new lie every time I called him. I even went to their shop asking for him and the lady went to the back office, had a conversation with him and came back to me saying that he is not there. The worst thing was when I went to get my damaged top and she refused to give it to me!! And I had to get into a huge argument to take MY shirt!Desired Settlement: full reimbursement for the blouse and a compensation for the insulting treatment
