Review: I was in an accident which paid for the partial service provided by MDA. Due to the delay in payment by the insurance carrier they ask me if I wanted to finance the work. I was not approved and therfore they added my sister who lives in boston MA to be a co-signer which I did authorize with my sisters approval in the amount of $4000. However, I did not authorize a secondary finance application asking for an additional amount of $4000. That was done without my permission or my sisters permission. Shortly after they received the check from the insurance carrier for approximately $9000 or more.

The work done was still not completed. My dentist left with no notification by MDA (Manhattan Dental Arts). Then upon my last visit to request my file and get copies of the applications for the financing they refused to produce the document. They also refused to produce my file along with the files indicating the total they received in funds from me, financing Co and the Insurance company.

I also had to go back to the dentist because the work done, was not done properly and my teeth have fallen out from the veneers. Since then I have called over a three year period and still have not resolved this matter. I would like to take them to court but was told to contact the Revdex.com and report them. 21Desired Settlement: I would like to obtain my full file, a copy of the original dental work plan indicating the total cost of work to be done was almost $9000 and last asked refund of money for work not completed. I would also like them to pay off the creditors now suing my sister for the financing that was not approved or authorized.
