this hospital needs to teach all of its medical staff members about HIPPA! I had outpatient surgery there and several people approached me and told me some things my doctor had told them about my health issues...
HIPPA means that no one can discuss a patient's medical information without signed consent...But employees at Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat obviously do not understand what HIPPA means!
