Review: I purchased a tennis necklace from Allen M jewellers on the [redacted] of September 2013 and was reliably informed that the stones were white sapphire. I paid a sum of $400 and was issued a receipt describing the necklace as white sapphires tennis necklace in white metal. I bought the necklace back home with me to England and since then have had it tested in a laboratory and was shocked and hurt to discover that the laboratory tests revealed the stones to be cubic zirconia and not white sapphires.Desired Settlement: I have tried to contact [redacted] on two separate occasions requesting a refund of sum of $400 with the return of the faulty necklace to the jewellers upon receipt of $400 but have not no response from them. I have also made my complaint in writing to them.
