Review: I registered with Manhattan Review for a GRE test preparation course which included both web instruction and a manual (which included practice problems, test information, etc.)for both the Verbal and Quantitative sections of the GRE. After printing out all of the materials, over 700 pages at my own expense, I realized that there was no answer key for the Verbal portion of the test prep. In preparing for the test, through Manhattan Review, I planned on using their mock-tests and question examples to test my skills but I then realized that the Verbal portion of the packet contained no answer key. I started my email and call process in mid-October. Through both methods of contact, I never spoke to the same person twice, my calls were unreturned, and I was never given anything close to a solution for my problem. Manhattan Review suggested that since they were unable to provide me with the GRE Verbal answer key, for whatever reason, that they would send me the Verbal study packet for the GMAT, which is another standardized test that they provide test preparation for. The GRE and GMAT Verbal sections are not similar and the point is, is that the test I am preparing for is the GRE, not the GMAT. I am unable to use the Verbal portion which is 50% of the GRE material provided to check my progress on hundreds of questions. I am now a few weeks away from taking the exam and have had to seek an alternative study method through another, more reliable company, which has provided me with complete questions and answer, as advertised. Again, as I am only a few weeks away from the test date, I have no need for the Manhattan Review Verbal Answer Key even if it is found at this point. I explained this situation once again to an employee of Manhattan Review today (December [redacted]) and at which time I asked for a refund. I was told that "refunds are not part of their policy". Since Manhattan Review has been unable to provide me with the necessary material or a refund I am turning to Revdex.com to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: The cost of the course was $999.99 which was paid in full in October before I received the materials. I believe it is reasonable that I ask for a 50% refund, $499.99 as the Verbal portion (50% of the material provided) is useless to me in my test preparation. I am disappointed in Manhattan Review's delivered performance vs. their advertising and "reputation". I am hoping that through the help of Revdex.com, Manhattan Review will realize and take responsibility for their error.

Review: I paid approximately $870 for a series of online courses to prepare for the GMAT. Ignoring the fact that I was unable to make the only available times, the instructors refuse to answer any questions. The course is online and answers are messaged directly to them. Other participants don't see the questions, only the instructor does. In total, I have made two classes thus far. I have submitted approximately twenty questions over the course of the two, and the instructor has refused to address all of them. I even asked the instructor to slow down, and he refused to acknowledge my request.

I asked for a refund, and they said they have a no refund policy. I then asked to reschedule my courses to have a new instructor and I found the same issues. Instructors are selective about what questions they answer. I've tried emailing the instructors, no response. There are also service delivery issues with their online classroom program not working, delayed video, etc.

This product is just not very good, and I would like them to refund my money.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to refund my money and cancel future course invites. This was a total waste of money.
