a master screen printer with clients that extend internationallyHe claims to do professional work with exceptional qualityHowever what he delivered to me was inferior and the work of a novice at bestWhen I explain to him my dissatisfaction with the merchandise that he had finished I was calm I was Collective and I was attractive and always respectful with my tongueHowever his pride Took the Wheel and now I'm dealing with a tyrant who has my money and my property and it's making unrealistic demands in regard for the payment and/or the release of my property without my inspectionAt which point I contacted Revdex.com in regards to Shady business dealingsI have also taken the Liberty to contact and put a complaint in with the attorney general's office and regards fraud and theftI have took my time to find a screen printer and when I found Manhattan screen print I thought I found a good thing especially because of the extensive clientele list and the superior work that he has done and showed me I felt I was in good handsSo we made an arrangement and he was supposed to deliver excellent work perfect perfection however he did not deliver this morning to me in fact the Peril that I did over see or look over it was of inferior quality very poor craftsmanship and when I told him of this it became belligerent and arrogant and so it to Bar me from critiquing any other of his work And Frank has yet to respond to the facts displayed on the invoices that he has practiced price-gouging and double billing. Very interesting character.Manhattan Screen Print(Home Base Business) just like Custom Ink, VistaPrint and Monkey In A Dryer is an online service provider for screen print and design. We currently have five years in this service. Unlike the other companies we provide an extra service to our clients and that this to be able to meet with the designer in order to fulfill the client's need. Due to the nature of the business We Reserve The Right To Serve and Allow admittance to our facility. As in our marketing publications says; "No Walk In By appointment Only".Our current client base comprehends from APTTUS, Oppenheimer Funds, DramaFever, Hugo Boss, Red Rabbit, Inwood Academy and many others. I travel the nation doing live show events for world renown corporations.[redacted] called our office on Feb ** of the current year. At that moment we had two jobs, one on production and the other waiting to be produced. He wanted to meet immediately, I proceeded to explain to him that things are not like that and gave him an appointment for 1pm that same day.Throughout the meeting he was shown my extensive portfolio, he was shown work was been done at that period of time. He was explained that normally our turnaround is one week but in reality two weeks is the time especially when there is work being produced. This rarely happens and really only applies to serious mistakes like printing the wrong art, printing the wrong location, or ordering the wrong color garments. If you are about to explode because your print is 1/4? too high then you really need to calm down and come back to the reality of reproducing artwork on a flexible and not-so-smooth substrate that is exposed to high and low temperatures.In this (and any printing industry), misprints happen. A screen could come out of registration, we may find a defect in the garment, the garment may come from a bad dye lot, etc. There are a million things that could go wrong but we manage to keep misprints and defects well below 1% of all garments printed over the course of a year. This isn’t to say that your order will be guaranteed to have less than 1% misprints, this just happens to be our average. If we misprint a few of your garments then we will NOT charge you for these, and we’ll likely even throw them in with the order at no charge if they are passable. Since misprints can happen, we’d encourage you to order extra garments if you need exact quantities due to preorders or team member requests. For example, if you are ordering a single Extra Small garment for your kid, there is a chance that this garment becomes a misprint. It would be unreasonable for us to re-setup the screens just to print this sin gle shirt. Instead of getting mad at us, why not order a few extra pieces of the garments that you have low quantities on?We try to minimize it, but misprints do happen and we cannot predict when.The brand(Sigma) garment brought in by the client it is of extreme poor quality 'Carded Open Thread’ with a thread count lower than the industry standard. This brand is so poor that you can’t find it online.He came with a set of hand drawings that appear to be the ideas he wanted. I started creating all of the digital assets. He was also advice to make sure that he won't have any trademarking or copyright issued since most of the graphic he brought in was downloaded from the internet.(At this moment I made a huge exception for him) I spent from the 26-29 four hours every morning working on [redacted] files. That is 12 hours at $60 per hour for a total of $720 that he never paid for as a favor to him. I told him he could buy those files later for $420.He has two brands “F.I.R.E.” and “S.O.U.R.”. On Feb. This is when I actually took the first deposit for invoice [redacted], which he is due $788.89. Than I proceeded to take the first deposit for job two, invoice [redacted], which he is due $698.17 on March [redacted].The client owes a total of $1,487.06Manhattan Screen Print has a 100% deposit policy. Since the client is a student I proceeded to be flexible with him and a partial payment was allowed.The production started on March [redacted] and ended on March [redacted].The client was made aware of open charges for color changes in the job that will be added once the job is fulfilled.Once we got final approval by the client and started production, he pretended to be at my place of work over-seeing production, which is not safe. Once he was informed of this, he walked in claiming he was an Alpha-Male and with a Thug attitude. That is when I decided to inform him via email that He was not welcomed to our facility. To finish the transaction like most of our clients for safety reasons.He proceeded to attack me via text. Texting me late nights while I was sleeping and/or telling me how to do my job.After he was made aware he was not welcomed to our facility, and that Police was going to be called if his presence was detected. He showed up with a stranger to my private building in an action of defiance. He was told via speaker to leave the area and finalize payments via [redacted] which actually will protect his money in case of a claim. Once he was denied access he proceed to trespass and started banging on the door demanding for me to allow him access. I called 911 and Police showed a little after.Ha was also informed of damaged garment he was discounted for on the [redacted] invoice. I have done all to give this client a good experience but his lack of understanding is not healthy for him. Finally, since his work is extensive, out of the kindness of my heart, I assure him that once he make the final payment I will include the Positive Films which are needed to make the frames. With this at hand he can take the job any place to be done.In my power I have a copy of all the texts he sent attacking me and email history showing his avoidance to communicate and what they are trying to do id to get the job for what the client gave as a deposit.The client owes a total of $1,487.06 from two separate invoices to this date.
