Review: I received a bill from this company and when I called them and asked who they were and why I should pay them $406.47, they told me I used their services while I was in the hospital. I didn't recognize their name and this was the first bill I got from them. If I wanted any information regarding their services I should call the hospital and ask fror my records. I told them I had tried getting my records from Lenox Hill three times and I never received them. I asked them to please send me a list of their services with dates. They refused and told me if I did not pay them, they would give my bill to a collection service. I still have no idea why they charged me.Desired Settlement: Accept my insurance payouts. AND leave me alone.

In May 2013, patient was admitted to Lenox Hill Hospital. Ms. [redacted]'s surgeon requested an in- patient pain management consult from our practice. The DeGregoris saw the patient and provide pain management services. The patient was responsible for her deductible for her secondary insurance. Patient was billed multiply times and spoke to our billing employee and refused to pay. Patient was then informed that she would be placed into collections if she was unwilling to set up a payment arrangement. Patient refused.
In the patient's complaint she states that she was unaware of our practice and our services. I note quite sure why she doesn't remember the practice since wer provided services to this patient back in 2009, and the patient paid her deductible that she was responsible for.
I appreciate you informing the practice of Ms. [redacted] complaint. Please let me know if any additional documentation is needed.

This is let you know this situation has been solved. The service did send me a detailed bill and I did send them a check. I do not think any of this would have come to pass without your help. You can now put this in the solved file.
