Review: I attended a private party on the Aqua Azul Yacht. The waiter spilled red wine on my sports jacket and shirt. The [redacted], gave me a waiters shirt to wear for the duration of the party, and I gave her my jacket and shirt for dry cleaning, to be sent to me when cleaned. Upon inspection of the newly cleaned items, I saw that although the shirt was clean, the linen sports jacket still had dark shadows remaining of the red wine, and looked as though the fabric was rubbed. I have called her four times, send two emails (one with pictures) to try to resolve this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like full reimbursement of the jacket, which was only not more than two years old.
