Manhattan VIP Limo

Review: I had reserved a 12 passenger limousine for the [redacted] of July for 3:30pm to take my daughter and her bridal party to 2 places for photography before the wedding. The terms of the contract was for the limo to show up outside the Eventi hotel @ 3:30pm and an agenda listing the 2 addressess and timings for the same had alreay been submitted to the company. On a hot 95 degree day, the driver arrived .45min late in a 10 passenger limo (and not the contracted 12 passenger limo) , with no prior knowledge of where he was going to take the bridal party to. It appears that the driver was contacted by the company with the assignment only at 4:00pm, (as was attested by a text shown by the driver on his Iphone to us). I was notified that the limo was going to be late only at 4:05pm. If I had been notified earlier, we could atleast have taken taxi's to the first location, instead we waited around on a terrible hot day. When the limo finally arrived, everyone crammed into the small limo in all thier bridal finery, the group arrived at the first destination for photographs almost an hour late. When they returned to go to the second destination, the limo and the driver were missing. He had gone to park somewhere, without furnishing any of his details. By the time he was located, it was too late to take any more pictures and we had to pay the expensove photographer for just standing around. To add insult to injury, despite the fact that we were running way behing schedule, the customer service person of the limo company, pulled me out of the wedding venue and threatened me with calling the police, if I did not supply them with my credit card imprint (they already had all this on file). She was rude and insulting through the conversation. I am very upset about the fact that they messed up our plans for the wedding and we have less than half of the pictures that we had arranged to have taken before the wedding.Desired Settlement: The total cost of the limo was $327.00, but more importantly, the photographer was $4,899.00 for 6hours. We lost an hours worth of photography. I would like compensation for the hour and for most of the limo service, since we did not get the service we requested (time/limo size). A letter of apology would also be welcome but perhaps too much to expect.
