This week I picked up a International Truck with a crane on it The truck was to have the drive shaft put back on before arrival Upon arrival I was sent from one gate to another trying to find the truck When the truck was found the drive shaft was not attached back to the truck The next day I went back which was an auction day I received no help getting the drive shaft back on the truck, nor fuel, nor assistance getting the truck started I was given the excuse "It is sale day and everyone is assisting with the auction." My partner reattached the drive shaft and after several attempts got the truck to start It would not stay running Again was told that it was sale day and everyone was assisting with the auction The service department didn't want to help check the truck out But someone finally did come and check the batteries and stated they were goodWe left there and went straight to the Petro a couple miles away One of the batteries were bad Manheim is interested in selling cars and trucks but they are not interested in assisting customers with picking up their automobiles Very poor customer relations and employees
Service is slow because the guy that does the ordering seriously just doesn't like me and refuses to order the product the day I pay for itI paid for a Whammy DT Pedal in the amount of $on 05/16/today is 5/24/I ask if the pedal has arrived, *** response, "We'll call you when it comes in" For those of you who do not know, you can not order through *** as an individual you have to go through an outside source such as McGuireI am going to contact *** *** right now and ask for the ETA for a Whammy DT Pedal to ship to McGuire musicIf the estimated delivery time is any less than days, which it will be, I will ask if there is any sort of repercussion for not ordering the pedal the day I paid for it and see where I can go from thereSome of the staff members I really enjoy speaking with every time I come in and they know who they are, but the bottom line is the service is slow simply because certain staff members do not like meThis is a terrible way to conduct business and I believe there most likely is no repercussion for slow service but at least they will no longer receive money from me and hopefully from anyone that reads this
This week I picked up a 1997 International 4700 Truck with a crane on it. The truck was to have the drive shaft put back on before arrival. Upon arrival I was sent from one gate to another trying to find the truck. When the truck was found the drive shaft was not attached back to the truck. The next day I went back which was an auction day. I received no help getting the drive shaft back on the truck, nor fuel, nor assistance getting the truck started. I was given the excuse "It is sale day and everyone is assisting with the auction." My partner reattached the drive shaft and after several attempts got the truck to start. It would not stay running. Again was told that it was sale day and everyone was assisting with the auction. The service department didn't want to help check the truck out. But someone finally did come and check the batteries and stated they were good. We left there and went straight to the Petro a couple miles away. One of the batteries were bad. Manheim is interested in selling cars and trucks but they are not interested in assisting customers with picking up their automobiles. Very poor customer relations and employees.
My car was recently repossessed here. My husband called to put a hold on the cleaning which they agreed to. When we called to pick it up, they said we have to pay the cleaning fee ($70). When we took it home, my dad checked out the car and said the alternator was messed up, it was overheating due to improper cleaning. Now we have to pay over $100 to replace it.
