October 3, 2016After reviewing the contract for [redacted] everything is correct There is a few numbers on the contract that are different due to the fact they are amount financed and total amount paid which is the amount financed plus finance charge collected by the bank Sincerely,Jeremy C.General Manager

This was from the mechanic that looked at the car on march 18th it was left there by my girlfriend when she picked up her car if your mechanics replaced both the rear struts before I bought the vehicle how are they bad after only 7,miles I notified one of your sales man about the major problems with this car the first snow fall I drove the vehicle in to them and explained what was happening so you knew about the problems when it was still under warranty If you will not fix everything that is wrong I just ask for my money back

*** admits to making the contract Null and Void returning all payments made to them. *** refunded all payments on November 25, in the amount of $therefore Manheim Car King does not have the right to keep a deposit for a vehicle that was not sold.Null and Void means it never happened and Manheim Car King was named in the complaint against ***. Why do they think they have the right to keep money for nothing?

December 1, 2014Dear [redacted],[redacted] leased a vehicle with financing arranged with [redacted]. She made a few payments and the car was repossessed. The deal is a good deal and was not voided by any means. Manheim Car King is on a recourse for the first 8 payments with [redacted]....

Which means if the customer doesn't make the payments we would buy the car back from the financing institution. The deal on our end is complete with the customer. We bought the car back from [redacted] not the customer, therefore there is no refund back to the customer because it is a deal and all fees were paid.Sincerely,Jeremy P General Manager

Review: Leased vehicle was returned to dealer when [redacted] Auto Trust/[redacted], LLC declared the contract "Null and Void". I have attempted to contact Manheim Car King, Vincent G[redacted] and the corporate office Manheim Car King located in Harrisburg, PA on several occasions in reference to receiving the initial return of my $500 deposit.Manheim Car King is listed in complaint # [redacted] filed with the Revdex.com 09/29/2014 as the entity that has possession of the $500 deposit.Desired Settlement: I want the return of my $500 deposit.

Review: The Vehicle shut off on me twice the second day of purchase. The brakes are grinding to the metal. I asked for a diagnosis test to be done by a license Mechanic which they have yet to produce. I asked multiple times if they could put me an a loaner while they repair my vehicle," they said, they couldnt because to many people wrecked their cars on dealer tags." so they finally said they could to come to the shop on tuesday 6/3/2014 because [redacted] will be in there at 6:30 am he was there but didnt have a vehicle for me to use. The sales men [redacted] said they couldnt detail my car when purchased they would have to schedule an appt to have that done. There customer service was terrible they were deceitful the dealership was rude and refused to acknowledge or accept their responsibility for this faulty car they sold me. Not to mention after purshasing the car they said we only put 25.00 dollars in the gas tank in a suv 2010 [redacted]. When they finally brought me a loaner to my job at 1:45pm it was a car which is like an 1990 [redacted] not equivalent to the vehicle iI purchased. the door panels is not working properly installed. the mirror wont shutthat hangs from the roof etc.Desired Settlement: refund or problem corrected from a license mechanic of my choice so I will no exactly what is wrong with the vehicle.

June 9, 2014Dear [redacted],[redacted] demanded a loaner car, which we provide to our customer as a courtesy. We gladly called her when one of our two loaners were back to go out for service again. We dropped of the loaner car that was not good enough for her and took the car into service. We found a loose bolt in the front caliper making the noise and it was fixed and returned to her the same day. When we plugged to car into the computer it did not show the car stalling or shutting off. So no repair was made for something we could not duplicate. She has called our store numerous times screaming, and yelling with vulgarity. We all here at Manheim Car King strive for 100% customer satisfaction but sometimes you cant make everyone happy. I apologize for the situation but weve tried to help. We even dropped off the loaner car at her job and returned her car the same day, not taking time out of her day. If [redacted] wants to have a civil conversation she is more then welcome to call us back. The last conversation she stated she wanted her mechanic to look at it. If she still has a problem Id be more then willing to send it back to our shop.Sincerely,

Received offer in the mail to join there tent event at the Capital City Mall From Oct 27th - Oct 31st. The flyer had you play jackpot for a chance at winning and prizes. I had 21 blackjack and therefore according to the flyer should have received 2 prizes. When I got there they said they were out and the flyer say limited quantities. The flyer does NOT say that, I told them that then they offered a rain check. Needless to say, I as well as many others there that day at the time I was left. If they are going to lie about this I assure you they will rip you off on a car deal too. These guys are the guys that give car salesmen bad names. They have no integrity and are very rude to deal with. They are shady. Stay away, don't waste your time even with these tent event scams. This is the second time I have dealt with them. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time, I had it. Please, Please, Please, do not ever do business with them. This town needs to shut this place down and run them out of business.

Review: In October of 2013 I purchased a [redacted] from manheim car king after months of not recieving my registration I went down to motor vehicles in Januray 2014 to see why I didnt recieve my registration. I was then told that Manheim Car King did not own the vehicle. They said that I should notify the state police because the sale was illegal. I then called Manheim to speak with the rep that sold the car to me his name is [redacted], he was no longer there, I then spoke with the manager [redacted] and he then advised me to come to the office and he will give me temporary registration because there was a lein on the vehicle. I did that and waited. A few weeks later the finance company called and said Manheim wants me to switch out the vehicle and that took place early Feburary 2014. I chose a 2007 [redacted].. Its now the month of June 2014 and its giving me engine and window proble**. I have spent $500 in two weeks and to add I went away with my children to Maryland saturday 6/21/2014 and the car died in the middle of the highway with my children in there. I then paid a towing from the highway to my brothers residence and then rent a [redacted] trailer to bring it back to [redacted]. I stopped by Manheim to see if they can aid in payment to fix the vehicle, I was told by [redacted] the manager to have the repair shop call him when its fixed. When they called he stated that the warranty was for 3 months and 3,000 miles. If he knew that prior he should have stated that and we never discussed the ter** of a warranty. I also went to [redacted] because my back windows are broken one up and one down, he then had me drop it off at Meineke.. they had the vehicle for over a week while I drove a loaner old car, they only pulled the one window up and said they are waiting on a switch to come in. Its now 6 days later and no phone call about fixing the window. Id like to return the vehicle but was told by [redacted] that I cant and it would be considered a reposession. Very unprofessional, they took my money without a problem.Need new car.Desired Settlement: I would like for Manheim to take back their vehicle and give me something more reliable or give me back my monies paid out for the repairs and have all the issues associated with the check engine light being on repaired.

We then switched her out of that car into a 2007 [redacted], which was worth over $3000.00 more then the [redacted] at no cost to **. [redacted]. The warranty that comes with the car is a 3 month or 3,000 mile powertrain warranty whichever occurs first. The work for this warranty is done at our service facility only. Unfortanelly sometimes cars due develop problems. In the case I do apologize for this. If **. [redacted] would like to have a meeting she is more then welcome to come into the store and ask for me. At that point we can go over the bills that she incurred.Sincerely,
