December 1, Revdex.com of Wisconsin Attn: Bradley [redacted] ** [redacted] RE: Complaint ID # [redacted] MsLisa [redacted] Dear Mr [redacted] , We are in receipt of the Complaint dated November 20th from Lisa [redacted] , a resident of our [redacted] [redacted] is managed by Asset Development Group, LLC In response to Ms [redacted] ’s initial phone message our administrative assistant, Charlean [redacted] , made numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact Ms [redacted] regarding the information required to process her request However, on November 28th the information was received by our main office in Menomonee Falls, and the pet fee was immediately removed Her account was adjusted accordingly, and I believe this matter has been resolved to Ms [redacted] ’s satisfaction We extend our deepest sympathy to Ms [redacted] on the loss of her dog Most of us at Asset Development Group are dog owners, which is one of the many reasons all of our communities have always been dog friendly I would also encourage Ms [redacted] to contact me personally or follow the grievance procedure outlined in her lease if at any time she feels that Community Management is not responding to her on a timely basis If you should have any questions regarding this response, or if you require anything further in resolution of this complaint, please do not hesitate to contact meSincerely,Michael [redacted] Asset Development Group, LLC

Asset Development Group, LLC is in receipt of your letter of June 22, 2017, regarding a complaint received from Joseph [redacted]. The complaint submitted by Mr. [redacted] involves the condition of a mobile home purchased by Mr. [redacted] from a third party seller.  Asset Development Group, LLC...

 is the property manager of the manufactured home community where the home is located.   Asset Development Group, LLC was not party to the sale of the home, never owned the home in question, and is therefore not a correct party to be named in Mr. [redacted]’s complaint.    However, upon receipt of the complaint we notified the company that owned and sold the home to Mr. [redacted].   We have been assured that this company is making provisions for the repair or replacement of any affected subflooring and floor coverings, and trust that this matter will be resolved to the satisfaction of Mr. [redacted] in the very near future. Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions regarding this correspondence.
