To date, I have heard NOTHING from that company, nor will they respond to my calls or answer their phone I found out the so-called attorney who signs their letters in from Florida, so I am checking on how to file a complaint

Review: No Obstante Veredicto reviewed a case in which my friend is wrongfully incarcerated. They billed $395 for the review contingent on taking the case. Meaning that they would return the fee if they could not help us. After many months of me calling and emailing them they finally said they could not do anything and would refund the fee in 8 weeks...this is week 16...where is our money. I have called and left messages and have emailed 'till I'm blue in the face. Left them phone numbers and addresses. Sorry but I want the money back now!Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: My husband, [redacted] is incarcerated in Texas and this organization agreed to supply an attorney to assist with a sentence reduction. We paid $400 in which the organization stated they would refund if they could not provide the assistance. They stated they would assist and sent us forms to sign acknowledging that we understand they will provide an attorney. It has almost been a year, no attorney has been provided to work on his case and they refuse to return my calls. I recently left a message requesting a refund of the amount paid since they have not held up their end of the agreement and they still have yet to return any phone calls.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive a refund of the amount paid since nothing was done to work on his case.
